To promote the innovation and application of new waterproof technologies in hydraulic engineering construction in Xuzhou City and establish a platform for industry technical exchanges and cooperation, the Seepage Control Technology Exchange Meeting, jointly hosted by Xuzhou Jing'an Heavy Industry, the Infrastructure Department of Xuzhou Water Affairs Bureau, and the Xuzhou Water Conservancy Society, was successfully held on September 9, 2025. Li Jingfeng, General Manager of Xuzhou Jing'an Heavy Industry Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., delivered a special technical report on behalf of the company, sharing the company's core technological achievements in the field of seepage control construction, which sparked enthusiastic responses from the participating guests.

This exchange meeting focused on key technologies for anti-seepage construction in water conservancy projects, aiming to solve anti-seepage construction challenges and enhance the quality and safety level of water conservancy projects through technical sharing and experience exchange. At the meeting, General Manager Li Jingfeng presented a report on the theme of "Application Practice of TRD Chain Cutter Wall Forming Technology", elaborating on the technical principles, construction processes, and practical application cases of this technology. According to the introduction, the core equipment of the TRD chain cutter wall forming technology can insert the cutter box into the ground to a depth of 40-70 meters. The chain cutter on the cutter box continuously stirs the cement-soil slurry, and the equipment advances forward, ultimately constructing a continuous and solid underground anti-seepage wall. This technology can be widely applied in scenarios such as reservoir dams, river and lake dams, and bridge foundation anti-seepage, providing a solid "anti-seepage barrier" for water conservancy projects and effectively solving problems such as insufficient depth and poor sealing performance in traditional anti-seepage techniques.
Subsequently, General Manager Li Jingfeng gave a systematic explanation of the "CSM method and method machine". By playing a live video of dam seepage prevention construction, he visually demonstrated the application effects of the two technologies in practical projects, providing participants with a clearer understanding of equipment operation efficiency and seepage prevention quality.

During the exchange and discussion session, participants engaged in in-depth discussions centered around core topics such as "optimization of anti-seepage construction methods, control of construction quality, detection of anti-seepage effects, and control of construction costs." Twenty-seven representatives from various units, including the Infrastructure Division of Xuzhou Water Affairs Bureau, Xuzhou Water Conservancy Construction Management Center, Xuzhou Water Conservancy Architecture Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Water Conservancy Construction Management Center of Huaihe River Water Conservancy Administration, and Huaihe River Engineering Group Co., Ltd., leveraged their practical engineering experience to ask targeted questions about the technology shared by Jing'an Heavy Industry. They also provided valuable suggestions on process improvement and adaptability optimization. The academic atmosphere at the scene was strong, with frequent exchanges of ideas, resulting in multiple practical exchange outcomes.
The convening of this exchange meeting not only established a bridge for technology sharing in the water conservancy industry of Xuzhou, but also promoted the implementation and application of cutting-edge anti-seepage construction technology. Through technical sharing, Xuzhou Jing'an Heavy Industry fully demonstrated its technical strength in the field of water conservancy machinery manufacturing, providing strong support for the subsequent upgrading of anti-seepage construction technology in water conservancy projects.
