Recently, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Notice on Announcing the List of the First (Set) Major Equipment in Jiangsu Province in 2024", and the TDR7095 chain knife wall-forming machine developed by Xuzhou Jing 'an Heavy Industry Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was selected.

The chain knife type underground continuous wall construction method, abbreviated as TRD method, is also known as the "continuous wall construction method under uniform thickness cement soil". It can be used for underground structures, waterstop walls, etc. In recent years, it has been increasingly applied in the field of foundation construction. This construction method has the technical and economic characteristics of good working stability, reliable construction quality, safe process, convenient operation and relatively low construction cost, which conforms to the development trend of underground construction.

Jing 'an Heavy Industry has applied multiple sets of TRD equipment in projects such as metro foundation pit protection, reinforcement of river and lake embankments, and isolation of groundwater in industrial contaminated areas.
