The full-rotation drilling rig is a new type of highly efficient and environmentally friendly pile driving machinery that integrates full hydraulic power and transmission, as well as electromechanical and hydraulic control. It features extremely high vertical accuracy and can smoothly carry out the construction of pile filling, pile replacement, underground continuous walls, etc. in various complex geological environments, as well as eliminate underground obstacles such as old villages. It has advantages that no other type of drilling rig can compare with. At present, the full-rotation drilling rig has been widely applied in urban subways, deep foundation pit retaining interlocking piles, waste pile (underground obstruction) clearance, high-speed railways, roads and Bridges, as well as the construction of large and high-rise urban buildings and the reinforcement of reservoirs and DAMS, etc.

The full casing construction method, also known as the "BUROTO" method, was first adopted by France in the early 1950s as a on-site concrete pouring construction method. It was first introduced to Europe in the early 1960s and then gradually developed in Japan. Currently, many countries around the world have adopted this construction method.  


In July 2003, a serious collapse accident occurred on Shanghai Metro Line 4. An important part of the restoration project was to cut and remove the reinforced concrete and other objects in the existing tunnel located 40 meters underground. For this purpose, Shanghai Tunnel Co., Ltd. introduced the full-rotation drilling method from the full-rotation drilling rig manufacturer, Japan Vehicle, in August 2003. The first section construction was completed in September. The construction has fully met the expected requirements. This is the first full-casing full-rotation drilling rig to be used in China. With the rapid development of China's economy, the full-rotation drilling method has now become a new, environmentally friendly and efficient drilling technology, and has been widely applied in projects such as urban subways, deep foundation pit retaining interlocking piles, waste piles (underground obstacles) clearance, high-speed rail, road and bridge, and urban construction pile construction, as well as the reinforcement of reservoir DAMS. In recent years, with the large-scale and high-rise development of urban buildings, it is required that under all foundation conditions, the foundation can be reliably constructed on deep supporting foundations, minimizing public pollution while maintaining high strength, high safety and high precision. The full-rotation construction method has relatively well met these requirements. Therefore, at present, it is recognized by most countries around the world as a construction method that can "solve difficult problems".


Competitive advantages of this product

It has excellent energy conservation and environmental protection performance. It adopts a multi-energy coordinated electric drive system including power grids, batteries, and range extenders, and realizes adaptive power distribution among multiple energy sources. Therefore, compared with similar products, it basically achieves zero emissions, reduces noise pollution by 50%, and cuts energy consumption by more than 40%.

2. The hole formation quality is higher. By adopting self-developed technologies such as the multi-leg coordinated control support leveling device, the ring-shaped evenly distributed multi-wedge block adaptive clamping mechanism, the four-column guiding device, and the online monitoring of the drilling rig status, the vertical accuracy of the drilling hole has been improved from 1/400 of similar products to 1/500.

3. The drilling operation is more efficient. It adopts technologies such as constant pressure and constant torque drilling control, and adaptive stepless speed regulation controlled by the hydraulic pump and multiple drive motors of the casing. Compared with similar products, the drilling efficiency is increased by 20%.

4. More reliable in use. Due to the basically constant drilling pressure and torque, problems such as stuck drill, large impact, and severe wear of the drill bit are effectively solved, increasing the service life of the drill teeth by more than twice. Moreover, highly reliable electro-hydraulic components are selected, and unique thermal balance control and anti-seepage technologies are adopted, which greatly enhances the reliability of the electro-hydraulic system in use.

5. It has better environmental adaptability. When combined with the self-developed low clearance soil extractors, the space height that the full-casing full-rotation drilling rig can adapt to is reduced from over 10 meters of similar products to less than 5 meters.


Technological innovation

Intelligent management and control technology for new energy power supply systems, developing an electric drive system that integrates multiple energy sources such as power grids, batteries, and range extenders, designing an adaptive power distribution controller among multiple energy sources, reducing emissions by over 90%, lowering noise by 50%, and reducing energy consumption per unit drilling depth by 40% to 50%.

2. The multi-point collaborative support leveling and multi-wedge block adaptive clamping and guiding technology of the drilling rig has solved the problems of stability, guiding accuracy and clamping reliability of traditional drilling RIGS, improved the vertical accuracy of drilling to 1/500, and reduced the auxiliary operation time by 50%.

3. Constant pressure and constant torque drilling control technology has achieved a basically constant drilling pressure and torque, solving problems such as stuck drill, large impact, and high wear of drill teeth. It has increased the service life of drill teeth by more than twice and improved drilling efficiency by 30%.

2. No mud is used, the working surface is clean, which can avoid the possibility of mud entering the concrete, the quality of pile formation is high, and it is conducive to improving the concrete's grip on the steel bars.

3. When using a drilling rig for construction, it is very intuitive to distinguish the characteristics of the stratum and rocks.

4. The drilling speed is fast. For general soil layers, it can reach about 14m/h.

5. The drilling depth is large. Depending on the soil layer conditions, the deepest can reach about 80 meters.

6. The verticality of the hole formation is easy to control, and the verticality can be precise to 1/1000.

7. It is not prone to hole collapse and has high hole quality.

8. The standard hole diameter and small filling coefficient can save a large amount of concrete compared with other hole formation methods.

9. The hole cleaning is thorough and fast, and the drill residue at the bottom of the hole can be removed to about 30mm.
